    I eat the Genisoy Chocolate Peanut Butter soy protein bars and they are gluten-free. I called to verify. Not sure about the shakes, but the bars are very good!!

    Have they always had malt or did they just change the ingredients? I have been eating frosty's for a year now without any problem. If they never changed the ingredients then I would have to think they are gluten-free since I am extremely sensitive to gluten????

    I got sushi the other night and it came with eel sauce on it. I questioned the sauce and if it contained soy sauce and the waitress said there was no soy sauce in the eel sauce.     I contacted my local Maggiano's via email and they informed me that they could not give me a list of safe foods that I could eat there:( I crossed them off of my list. Oh well.

    I assume that they ask them to clean the shiver machine because it can be used to mix the yogurt with all of the other toppings that we cannot have. So, everytime I go, I ask them to get the toppings from the original container in the back and to clean the mixer so that there is no trace of the cookie dough, oreos, etc. on there.

    I used to get extremely sharp pains right under my rib cage. the pain was excruciating. After going gluten-free they stopped. I have had it come back once in the past year and that was when i accidentally ingested gluten. So, I believe that mine was definitely gluten related.

    So, I just found out that my parents fed me cereal at 2 1/2 weeks!!!! That explains a lot. I told my Mom I was protesting and that I thought she should have to follow my diet since she might have been the cause of it. ha!

    I have always had seasonal allergies but this year is extremely bad for some reason. I have been gluten-free for over a year so I didn't really think one had anything to do with the other. A good medicine is Claritan. It is gluten-free and works wonders for me!

    I do not know for sure, but I have been gluten-free for over a year and I have used their body lotions forever now and have never had a reaction.

    My eyes get very red and dry underneath if I accidentally ingest gluten. It does look to be a little blue there too. I thought it was just allergies but maybe it is from gluten? hmmmm.

    I knew Cold Stone was gluten-free but will not eat there since they use the same scoop for all the flavors and there is a very good possibility that the flavors get mixed in with one another.
