    I LOVE Panera Bread!! I honestly never, ever thought this would be a place I could eat at. I can't have gluten, soy or dairy.     Well, I've never had any problems with the EnviroKidz cereals. I eat them at least a few times a week. I will say, I think I was glutened while out with some friends two weeks ago.     To the best of my knowledge, that is correct. I've been calling on my meds to make sure they're gfdsfcf. A few of them have said "yes, there is pharmaceutical lactose, but NO casein." I've been ok with the pharmaceutical grade lactose, no indigestion problems like I would normally get with lactose.

    Cutting out the simple sugars is definitely good! I forgot to mention that, as well as cut out simple carbs too. I only eat complex carbs (like brown rice instead of white rice, yellow or blue corn chips instead of white corn, lots of quinoa, etc) and that has helped too!     Oh, I hear ya! I was sooo mad when I realized Pink Lady apples went out of season!! Those are my absolute favorite!! I think I'll do a combo...some fresh, some canned. I love the Honeycrisp apples too...but at $4/lb....it's insane!!

    We buy Wellness at Pet Supermarket. (I don't think Pet Smart carries it) I also noticed they have it at Wild Oats and Whole Foods stores. Our dog looooves Wellness, he eats it so fast!! Other brands we tried...like Nutro...he'd eat it...but not all at one sitting.

    Well, I think I was looking in the correct place on the back of the package...but I only checked a few items, since I can't have soy or casein either, and don't really eat anything processed or with high fructose corn syrup.
