  16. I also agree on the expensive gluten free foods. Best to stick to meats, veggies & fruits and leave the homemade gluten free bars, muffins or whatever you choose for an occasional treat.   17. If you are boiling tap water in cooking you could be causing the chemicals (chlorine, insecticides & etc) to be enhanced & stronger and that may be causing problems.
