Hi Melie I have had the same experienced and too have been depressed it. not only can i not eat out or eat teh foods i used to love, i gained weight. hardly seems fair! i thought forsure i would lose weight and look fab when i started this diet. i try to remind myself that my body is healing and absorbing nutrients it never could before and that being healthy...

  5. I am still getting over a cold....ive had it for two weeks and cant seem to shake it. i feel like im always picking up bugs from work when others dont. i though that would stop since being gluten-free but not yet! im still hoping!

  7. i get nauseous alot. its been better since i ve been gluten free, but the first few months of gluten-free i was nauseous all the time! it was awful. i taek gravol (over teh counter canadaian med) i think dramamine is the american equivalent. the my dr. prescribed me reglan which works pretty well. i keep both on hand in case i get nauseous. also sometimes...

I'm still planning on deal with this situation but im having a breakdown because we got out new puupy yestserday and now she is in the hospital possibly dying. she was vommiting when we picked her up, was told it was car sickness and she got worse through the day and now she is in critical condition. i really cant deal with this.....

  16. we mostly work with children who have been abused who are diagnosed with mental illness but we do have special needs children with aspergers, pervasive developmental disorder etc.... if i were a mom and my kid was taught that i would defintly be very upset

  24. sounds like gallbladder area to me. i was having those pains when i first went gluten free. i started a probiotic and it seemd to get bettee (not sure if thats why). have you tried a rolaid or something like that becaue if that helps then maybe its just indigestion?? hope you feel better! jess
