    okay, i called the derma and he said call the pcp. so i called the pcp and he said the following: "the lyme rash will slowly spread and get larger over time. if the red spot on your skin isn't growing larger, then it's not Lyme. you are correct that not all lyme rashes have a bullseye, but they all do slowly enlarge over time. so, after one month, if...

    Hi last night fiancee found a little red tick on his stomach. we called the dr and she prescribed 21 days of doxycline- isnt that alot of days? we are getting married in 22 days so him being on it means he cant even drink for his bachelor party. this sucks now the tick could be from 2 things- 1. we have a new puppy who has had ticks in thhe past few weeks...

    hi i have been on a bunch of such meds inclouding paxil, effexor and now celexa. for anyone who is thinking of trying any please be aware of the difficulty you can have when you want to go on them. i, like many others, have had major withdrawl symptoms when trying to taper off. jess

    i dont know of any papers but i had pancreatitis in january and from that eventually got my celiac diagnoses. my gastro said its common for undiagnosed celiacs to get pancreatitis. it was the worst thing ever- i was sooo sick. lots of ppl who are celiac have had pancreatitis before. i hope she feels better. tell her to get tested regardless of what her dr...

    Hi I have had very bad dizzines for months, but the weird thing is its only after going gluten free. i've had an mri and in a month i have some weird ear tests where they spin you around. for me the room sort of shifts which i geuss is a form of vertigo. i havent found anything that works Jess

    Hi i guess this may not be celiac related but i get the worst heat rashes, itchy and painful. my dr said there are no remedies. i ve tried benadryl and cortisone. does anyone know anything that would help as im goi ng on my honeymoon in a month and its hot there. thanks! Jess

    my dr told me as a celiac i should get both the flu shot and the pnemounia shot. i have gotten flu shots for five years and have never had a reaction!

    i just bought the biaglut pasta! it was eight dollars!!! so i bought one pack to eat on my birthday tommorow so i'm excited to eat it! i bought it in toronto so not sure what stores sell it in the states. Jess

    culturelle is a great probiotic and they say straight out "gluten free". you can get it at wholefoods or even cvs. its great and really helped me!! Jess
