    so now i have really bad pain, sort of like period cramps, very low, under my belly button in the pelvic region. could that be a delayed gluten reaction stomach ache or are stomach aches not usually that low??? so weird and not sure what it is... i also feel like i cant go to the bathroom easily so maybe it could be constipation which i dont think i ve ever...

    thanks carla! im sort of embarrased that i didnt eat out but im just scared to do it. i brought a hot pot, and they gave me a fridge and amicrowave. i brought pasta, bread and snacks adn then went to the local health store and bought cheese, tomatoe sauce, more bread, veggies etc.... we had this room where we could go and get free happy hour and breakfast...

    thanks guys. havent left just yet. we have 5 hours left in the hotel until we leave. they extended our check out time because of what happened. i feel sort of weird- nauseous and bloated stomach but not super ill as most people describe when they eat gluten. im hoping last nights bad bout of nausea is my reaction and that i wont be majorly sick in the next...

    hi my dr told me to buy prilosec delayed release. does anyone have any experience taking this. thier website says the regular prilosec is gluten-free but does not say about the extende release ones. thanks!! Jess

    hi lister i have a friend who had to get regular testing for the same thing and 12 hrs before he would not eat and just drink water alot of it and his urine was fine every time but he still smoked ??!! thats what he told me- not sure if its true. also its probably not good for you to not eat for that long give your stomach probs but thought i would pass...

    annie's makes great mac and cheese. the noodles arent so good so i use the tinkyada noodles with annies cheese sauce- so good!!!!

    i usually send companies an email to thank them for taking the time to make thier products gluten-free and to label them such. ive done it for annies, mary gone crackers, pacific foods soups and scarpetta tomato sauce!! i usually get a response thankking me for my thank you:)
