  2. Try subbing in "eating potato chips" in place of that nasty ex word and it all works out just fine. Been doing some macros for a friend's business. Pleased to say that I exceeded my own expectations, but man am I pooped. Anybody need a donor for that transplant?
  3. As Sylvia said, sticky rice, sweet rice, and glutinous rice are all the same thing. Open Original Shared Link Open Original Shared Link Open Original Shared Link
  4. Awesome info. Thanks for passing that along!
  5. yep.. Drat those coffee-induced spelling mishaps.
  6. Does anyone remember the 'stupid sign guy' from a couple years back? He's been running for various offices for the last few years - he got three votes for sewer commissioner - and he's currently running for some state senate position. Apparently my group of friends aren't the only ones who find him ridiculous....
  7. I think you meant to say "and".
  8. It's not as simple as "8 glasses a day" It depends on how much you sweat, how watery your foods are, etc. If you eat crackers all day, yes, you should probably drink 8 glasses, if you eat fruit, soup, rice, or other water filled foods you probably need less. 11. ...You eat anything you want, unless youhave a problem with it, then you stop eating it. You can't base your food choices on someone else's reactions - we're all too different.
  12. I was "sold" when, while traveling, I saw a family whip out their kindle and start reading the section in the guide book about the quire. I had (the same) bulky guide book in my hands and decided I'd much rather cart around one small device instead of 3 guide books.

A word about psychosomatic - How many people have had the experience, or know someone that has, of drinking one particular alcohol to excess in our youth, and never being able to drink that particular alcohol again? Or fruit juice? Or that last food you...
  14. Great response.
  15. Vitamin D is made by the skin in response to sunlight. Some nutrients are absorbed in the small intestine, others in the stomach, others in the large intestine. Open Original Shared Link Open Original Shared Link
  16. On an early date with the pirate we were all snuggled up on the couch, getting cozy, when I had one of those sudden LOUD farts. I was SOO embarrassed, but it was SOO funny I almost wet myself laughing. Fortunately the pirate thought it was pretty funny too.
  17. I, of course, would go with snotty: I appreciate your honesty, and thank you for informing me that your students are lacking some basic kitchen skills. I will provide my own meal for this event. I am saddened to learn that such a prestigious school as yours does not include a basic education on how to produce uncontaminated foods or properly clean...
  18. Mark can hand out doggie poop bags, and you can put your hands over your ears and yell "go away" every time he opens his mouth. politician and US citizen get it?
  19. Well great. Now I'm started.
  20. Open Original Shared Link It even uses Walmart brands. A nice touch.
  21. Make a jumpsuit out of some fluffy material that sheds a lot and go as a gluten molecule.
