  1. It needs a little time to refresh and dump it's previous cookie. Hitting F5 will do it too.
  2. oooh, now that's a tough one. You might need to try something entirely different. Check out the What's for breakfast thread and see if there's something in there that might work for you.
  3. Just got back from the Bluegrass festival. Fun fun. I played with snakes. I didn't Seuss last night, and probably won't check tonight. I think it's pretty stressful for him. I'll try to do a daytime check tomorrow, and if that's unsuccessful I'll drag him out of bed.
  4. Well, they all read as high. It's my opinion that when it comes to food causing you problems, the very best diagnostic is how you feel. You might want to remove all of those foods for a few weeks and see if he feels better, and then test them one at a time to see if any of them are associated with any symptoms.
  5. It's possible of course. Are you in the US?
  6. Well, according to the Elab results, your son is producing antibodies to several foods. Is there a reason you chose Enterolab? Have you tried the standard MD approach?
  7. Yes to both of these. So many people have posted that their best experiences come when they take charge of their own health care. Decide what you want, and I'm pretty sure most of the people here will cheerlead you all the way through.
  8. To try to respond to your original question, the answer is "it depends". Are you looking for an MD's diagnosis?, if yes, then, based on comments from forum members, some will diagnose on bloodwork alone, some will not diagnose without an endoscopy, with biopsies, and a few have diagnosed on dietary response. If you are more looking for the 'second opinion...
  9. This is her boat. Telling her what to do has the potential to cause as much harm as good.
  10. Please keep in mind that no one on this forum has medical or nutritional training (that I know of) except as it pertains to their own situation. People are offering their opinions based on their own histories. What any individual says may, or may not, pertain to you. I realize this is difficult, but this is your own personal journey, following someone...
  11. Well. Butch thought the cat-entertainment box was pretty cool, especially the fluffy feathers that came through the holes to be batted and pulled out. Until the box crowed. You shoulda seen that cat's face! All at once. As it turns out, sitting in a room with a crowing chicken is not a pleasant thing. I put the cat box outside, but that...
  12. Bah. Doing chicken repair tonight. The pirate noticed blood drops on the deck, and after inspecting the flock he found the rooster (Seuss) was bleeding from his foot. I decided he wasn't going to bleed out in the next couple hours, and catching him would be more stressful, so I waited until dark and snagged him from the roost. Not sure how it's going...

  19. Tell us where you are again - different countries may have different answers for the biopsy question.
  20. I have friends that have always traveled with an electric skillet, just to save money. I'd go for it. Bring some plastic baggies and maybe some plastic storage thingies in case of leftovers. Even before gluten-free I rarely ate out when traveling, to save money. Bring travel bars so you always have something, even when there's nothing. Dates and walnuts...
  21. Didn't they do just that when you asked them?
  22. Yay!!!! We really should have a bulletin board or sumpin' of all 'our' babies.
  23. I always considered this statement to mean: "may contain wheat from something WE have done, such as use equipment that may not have been properly cleaned since the cleaning crew just had a fight with his girlfriend and may have spent the evening texting everyone he knew". Kellogs (I believe) really doesn't have the right to post about what may have happened...
