  4. I totally get this. I had a sister-in-law who decided to be vegetarian - except she just stopped eating meat. Her diet consisted mainly of bread, french fries, and candy. Someone who isn't making good food choices before gluten-free, and doesn't bother to change those habits, is going to be far worse off in the long run.
  5. Yes and Yes. I threw away many packages of unopened pasta and pretzels.
  6. Move to Vancouver, WA. You don't pay state income tax (Oregon), and you can shop in Portland and not pay sales tax (Washington).

  19. Eating out IS a choice, and they are not required to provide you with food, nor are they required to lose money in order to provide you with food. Also, if they charge for substitutions, then they charge for substitutions...

  21. {{{HUGS}}}} Loey!! Sorry bunny ({{{HUGS}}} too) YEAH! Lisa "snort" Vscope dat all? Lovely 4th. Watched the fireworks from the boat - excellent view, and 'home' is 2 seconds away, down the ladder. The bread turned out fabulous, and much easier to regulate consumption in 1 pound loaves. Even the Pirate thought it was good...
  22. Then choose your foods accordingly. This is really nothing worth getting worked up about. Every person on this board draws their own line when it comes to deciding what is appropriate for his, or her health.
  23. You have the option not to buy their products if you are unhappy with their practices.
