I also sing in our local choral; Handel, Dvorak, that type of stuff so if you need a shot of class while shooting goodies, I'm up for it. Not sure about key. I sing alto, and when I'm in practice I have a solid 2-2 1/2 octave...

    I've stuffed turkeys and you get crumbs all over the bird. I'd be pretty nervous about eating meat from a stuffed turkey.

    I have nothing hopeful or helpful to add. I gave up on getting sourdough to work. Maybe you don't have enough protein in your flour mix?

    I have been gluten-free for almost two years. I know I'm getting CC'd occasionally, but I rarely have more than a passing fatigue, which sometimes I don't even notice until it's passed.     I use a lotion with dimethicone (like Lubriderm) as soon as I'm out of the shower. It seems to last all day long and has helped my skin a lot.

    I didn't believe either, until I realized my old pasta pot was making me sick. I suppose eventually everything will cook out anyway, so if you really love your cookware, keep trying. It may be clean by the time you're done testing.

    This is what I was going to say. I now keep a bottle of water by my bed and if I'm woken up by cramps I chug the whole thing while try to stretch out my toes with the other hand. It seems to help.
