  1. While this test is suggested all over the web, I was unable to find any source that says it's credible. Please don't self-medicate based on something you see on the internet.
  2. yogurt? beets? rutabaga? cabbage? jicama? lamb? buffalo? Try eating things you've never eaten before.
  3. Help us get you through this. Tell us what you CAN eat, and what you absolutely can't.
  4. {{{{HUGS}}}} Come and vent here any time. You'll get mostly support, with a few snippy comments thrown in here and there, just to remind you that everyone here has bad days too. Your health is more important than their opinion. If you are finding things that work for you, then stick with them.

  14. I found this by Googling: Open Original Shared Link
  15. I set food on my counters, so I wanted them clean. I also super-cleaned all the drawers and their accumulation of crumbs.
  16. Are you eating enough protein and fat along with your carbs?
  17. A scoop of pumpkin mixed in with home made yogurt, and the scrapings from the bottom of the brownie pan.
  18. Assume you found mice in your kitchen. Clean everything you think the mice might have touched and peed on.
  19. Oh thanks! I keep forgetting to check in on her progress. Being (happily) unemployed has a distinct mellowing effect on the brain.
  20. Never mind?? NEVERMIND???? You taunt us with supposed hilarity and then send us to a place with a padlocked gate???? Methinkks there IS no hilarity and G.F. is pullin' on alla our legs.
