    I take Vitamin C powder mixed with the salt or Vitamin C tablets. I'm currently just taking 2 1/2 grams of salt and 2 1/2 grams of Vitamin C each day. I started with 1 drop of the Samento.     Both products are from Open Original Shared Link and they are tinctures. I am taking 15 drops a day of the Noni.
