    Anyone with "fibromyalgia" needs to also consider Lyme disease. They had my dx wrong all along. Found out I had Lyme, got treated and I'm doing GREAT!

    What is safe to add to coffee in convenience stores?? I've been to one of those "make your own coffee" stations in convenience stores twice....Dont' THINK I've reacted to any of the additives......but may have just gotten lucky. Any cautions on doing this??

    Do you have any bentyl? Flexeril works on the striated muscles, bentyl on smooth muscles.

    Sorry, I was referring to the United States, though Lyme is found all around the world. I think Iceland would have VERY little of it!! and PS>....WHICH THREE species of ticks would that be?????

    I had Lyme for at least 42 yrs before being diagnosed, so I was RELIEVED when I got my diagnosis! At least it could be TREATED, whereas my "fibromyalgia" couldn't. With FM they just treat the symptoms, not the cause....in my case LYME. The microscope would have to be EXTREMELY powerful to see them....and they would have to be in the blood....a place...

There are no Lyme free areas in my opinion. Some areas have fewer cases...
