  1. fruity and cocoa pebbles are safe! i never even knew there was a debate goin on about them. when you ask what cereals are gluten free. those ones usually end up being the first ones you hear

  3. i had their waffles and had no problem. they also make waffles that arent gluten free so you gotta make sure u didnt buy that kind.

  15. being at a very low body weight can cause you to have constipation and also prevent you from keeping your body tempt. up causing you to be cold all the time. i dont know if your are but thats just a possibility

  17. ok so last night my brother went out to eat and brought back my mom a hamburger from mcdonalds. she started to eat it but bit into something hard. she spit it out and it was a finger nail clipping! gross and how does that just get there by accident, i can understand a hair, but a fingernail clipping. gross, i am glad i cant eat at mcdonalds lol

  19. we buy the kraft cheese shaker and then just follow the recipe on the back of a mac n cheese box but put gluten-free noodles on. it taste exactly like the kraft mac n cheese that i really missed, and it only takes a 1/4 cup of the cheese powder for one box.

  21. kinnikinnick and the recipe that winki4 gave are both very good textured as in similar to wheat bread. also pamales bread and bob's red mill bread mixes have very good textures
  22. it could be. are you eating 100% gluten free? if not that could very likely be the cause. but how long has this been goin on for. if its just recently it could be a sign that you are getting a stomach flu. but that very same exact thing happened to me when i accidentaly get gluten, i feel sick at night.
  23. does anyone have a recipe for scones? the ones that are fryed. we made some once but i cant find the recipe. i am really craving some and my little brother just asked if we could make scones again some time during the week since we are out of school for christmas.

  25. i second the ener-g crackers. they taste a lot like saltines, also toast works well too. anything dry.
