I was going to the store today and I was drinking a "Just Black Cherry" Juice :) As I glanced down to grab the juice from between my legs, I mean Drink carrier  <_< my thought is "It's gone" Not my juice :P but my big belly is gone!! I know I have lost 30 lbs. But I actually am starting to look normal now  :D  I just didn't realize it was all gluten in  that belly. Being Bloated , full of gas and swollen. I am now wearing shirts I have not worn in 5 years (Yes I kept them) I am giving away my 2xl's and wearing Lg ... It is amazing!! :) Too bad my energy doesn't match my body ? W8 did that make sense?  B)

I think it is to :) Well I have been trying to go for walks at least every other day. It is hard right now with Ragweed everywhere (me and my allergies) And we live out between two big fields , that are planted in soybeans but the edges are full of Ragweed.. I walk down the lane and both sides ....ragweed.... So I have to do it on a clear day. I havn't been this size in a while. If I can lose a few more I will be happy :) I am kida scared .... I was skinny my whole life. I mean too skinny! everyone thought I had an eating disorder. I didn't and don't, but with the way I am losing weight. I hope i don't lose too much. If so I guess I up the rice huh?

I went to see a friend of mine today. When I came up to her she said OMG look at you all skinny and stuff!! Believe me I am far from being skinny!! But it is just one more lil thing that makes me feel good!! :)

      Initially I was going to re-post all of the threads that have people stating they drink or recommend RO water. There are just too many to post, so I'll recommend using the search feature here to find them all. There are currently 4 pages worth of posts with people mentioning or recommending RO water/filtration systems. Granted, some of the search results...

      What would you do - neighbor brought gluten-free pizza from Papa Murphy's

      I could not agree with you both more. I still haven't bumped into my neighbor's mom to explain, but I am certain she will understand. I am in play it safe and error on the side of caution mode right now. I see no point in taking any unnecessary risk. Thank you both for your time and thoughts.

      British Coeliacs: Marks and Spencer's have launched a Gluten Free Colin the Caterpillar Cake.

      Brilliant news for British Coeliacs! Colin was launched in 1990 so I am fortunate in that I was able to try this amazing chocolate swissroll cake before my diagnosis. But the good news is he has now appeared in the Gluten Free aisle at M&S, and also is available home delivery through Ocado. https://www.marksandspencer.com/food/made-without-wheat...

      Initially I was going to re-post all of the threads that have people stating they drink or recommend RO water.  There are just too many to post, so I'll recommend using the search feature here to find them all.  There are currently 4 pages worth of posts with people mentioning or recommending RO water/filtration systems.  Granted, some of the search results are from this thread. For me, it causes major issues with my stomach and as mentioned, there is no way I will ever intentionally drink it again.  As we know, everyone's body is different.  I am certainly not looking for a debate, but do highly advise anyone considering RO water to do their own research. Consider starting with this Google search:  Is reverse osmosis water safe to drink long term?

      Very helpful @knitty kitty.  Thank you.  I am trying to remember what vitamin so alarmed my GP and I have a feeling it was A or E.  I remember reading the pills contained well over the 100 per cent RDA of whatever the vitamin was. One thing I'd love to ask you that has always intrigued me.  One day when my anxiety was completely through the roof.  I 'felt the fear and did it anyway' - a phrase other anxiety sufferers may be aware of, which I found a powerful tool in my recovery -  and visited a friend's house, even though I felt so wretched.  For some reason I craved milk and drank two whole pints of milk in quick succession while I was with her - to this day I can't think why, because I don't usually drink milk 'neat' - I like it in tea or coffee, or hot chocolate.  But I distinctly remember within a couple of hours feeling absolutely fine again for quite a while.  I've often wondered was it down to this milk, which I've since understood contains quite decent levels of B12.  Would that have really worked so fast?
