Do you know of any brand name baking powder that is gluten free? Maybe safeway?
Dx'd with Ulcerative Colitis March 05
New GI doctor not convinced I have UC but maybe Microscopic Colitis
Dx'd With gluten and casien sensativity through Enterolab
Gluten score was 40 and casein score was 16.
Ready to feel better through a gluten-free/CF diet!

My wife found one in a yellow and brown can. It is simply callled MAGIC BAKING POWDER.

As far as we can tell, it is gluten-free. The safeway generic brand had "startch" on the label and has since been replaced. :)

I use Wegmans Baking Powder and have never had any problems with it

I use Clabber Girl--it says gluten-free right on the can! I get it at my regular grocery store (Acme)

I use Davis Baking Powder. Just the regular baking powder you can by anywhere.

I use that too (with no problems), but did call to clarify when I first went gluten-free.
