This weight loss program is easy and convenient. All you do is go onto their website, create an account, select the meals you want for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then pay with a credit card. Within a couple of days you will have delicious, healthy, pre-cooked meals delivered to your doorstep. There is no need for calorie counting, no mixing powder with liquids, no cooking, and best of all: no doing dishes!
Along with the food, you get a handy "how to" guide, which gives suggestions on what to drink with your meals, how often you should exercise, and other helpful tips.
