Based on what you've described, it is absolutely possible you are dealing with non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS). Approximately 10x more people have non-celiac gluten sensitivity than have celiac disease, but there isn’t yet a test for NCGS. I was just diagnosed with Celiac but have had these blisters for ten years on my legs around the ankle, knees, toes, calf, elbows, and hands. I soak in a hot tub with Epson salt it works wonders for me. Also, they don't look as inflamed afterwards or itch.- blisters
