Veggie Burger Suggestions?

Do you know what I miss so much at summer BBQs? Veggie burgers. I don't mean the ones that taste like fake meat, I mean those ones that are made from grains, beans or legumes, maybe some cheese. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm quite sensitive, so certified gluten free is best, but I'd be happy to research non-certified suggestions as well.

Maybe try to make some with the ingredients you like? Or:

I really like Sunshine Burgers. Here is there statement on gluten - Sunshine Burgers are safe for those individuals living a gluten-free lifestyle or living with Celiac disease. We produce our tasty vegan burgers in a gluten-free production line with only gluten-free ingredients. Our dedicated production line is used solely for Sunshine Burgers. However, the facility that processes Sunshine Burgers does process other foods that contain gluten. To ensure the integrity of our products, we regularly test them to ensure that they contain a gluten threshold of less than 5 parts per million. - See more at: Open Original Shared Link      They are pretty delicate though so I don't know how they would hold up on a grill

Yes, Sunshine Burgers are good. I also like Amy's Sonoma veggie burgers.

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
