I know thier soy sauce is ok, but Chow Mein noodles are traditionally wheat noodles. Is it listing wheat under another name( strain). Do you have the ingreds?

This is the vegetable can. water, bean sprouts, celery, carrots, red bell peppers, water, chestnuts, bambbo shoots, baby corn, less than 2% of salt, sugar ascobic acid, citric acid and flavor.

The chicken and gravy

chicken broth, diced seasoned thigh meat, modified corn starch, chicken fat, soy sauce, sugar, hydrolized corn protein, monsodium glutamate, garlic, onion powder, tumeric, natural flavor. I did just see on their site that LAchoy will list any allergans and only see soy listed.

The MSG is a flag, but thats only if you have MSG issues, I have problems with it. If they have an allergen listing on the can, that does look safe, and thier soy sauce is ok, so with that label, I would think its probably ok. I have no definitive info though.

Scott, thank you SO MUCH for this!! She has been through so much in the last three years as we've tried to track down answers. This language will definitely help me help her to reframe.

Thanks Scott. They are gluten-free but cross contaminated.
