stomach upset?

Hi, I was diagnosed with celiac three months ago and have cut out all of the gluten out of my diet, but today I think I ate the wrong thing, and I feel like throwing up,  I have diarrhea, I have a 101-degree fever, and my stomach feels like its stabbing me.

List of what I ate today

1.potato, red chile, water

2.cucumber, tomatoes and cheddar cheese with the salsa

3.eggs cooked in coconut oil and salsa I got from the Mexican market. I've never had trouble with it before, and I don't understand what my stomach didn't like. I've never had trouble with any of this before, but now old symptoms are coming back. I ran out of ondansetron and I don't know what to do. Are there any herbal remedies you'd suggest? Tips to prevent vomiting. Anything would be appreciated

The fever is a odd one...makes me think you might have gotten food poisoning. It is sometimes possible for homemade salsa to get a bacteria issue as a mess up in the canning procedure makes it a prime spot for culturing. Also depending on method.
I would suggest removing spicy foods and diary for a week or two til your stomach settles down. Pepto and or Imodium might help with the D. I personally use foods high in potassium and coconut flour to bulk up my stools with the D and take extra potassium. Nut meal porridge is my go to in stomach distress, the coconut flour in it absorbs liquid, adds bulk, is high in potassium, and I add in chia or flax meal and other nut butters. Do double check the newbie 101 thread in case you missed something.

Dear Scott,  please check the link https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05574010?intr=KAN-101&rank=1 What do you think about it?

KAN‑101 is still very much in development and being actively studied. It has not been dropped—rather, it is advancing through Phases 1 and 2, moving toward what could become the first disease‑modifying treatment for celiac disease. https://anokion.com/press_releases/anokion-announces-positive-symptom-data-from-its-phase-2-trial-evaluating-kan-101-for-the-treatment-of-celiac-disease/

Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?

Have you tried lip balm made from tallow?  It's been used for thousands of years and works better than those with waxes. I prefer Vintage Traditions brand tallow balm products.
