I would definately call Walgreen's and let them know the $%^ pharmacist isn't willing to help customers. To let them know that poison control doesn't have the answers you need. Do they want your business or not?

I agree, complain to Walgreens about that guy. My local Walgreen's has always been very helpful.

I agree... go above that idiot pharmacist's head... call Walgreen's corporate and YELL!!!! Well, not really, but raise a stink... let them know in no uncertain terms that you as a FORMER customer are extremely unhappy with the way your needs were IGNORED by their very lazy pharmacy employee. Also, call that pharmacy back and even if you don't talk to the same guy, let them know that the advice of calling poison control is not only unsatisfactory in a customer service kind of way, but also dangerous and irresponsible. As pharmacists they have an obligation to do the best job they can.

I had great luck with a Walgreen's pharmacist when I was trying to find the ingredients of one of my prescriptions... He was EXTREMELY helpful and at least TRIED, so they are out there. This particular employee needs a wake up call.

That is unbelievable! I echo everyone else when I say call walgreens and complain about that idiot! That is his job to help you with questions like that (not poisen control's job....I can believe that guy didn't speak English! He would be a big help in an emergancy!). It's not like that pharmasist is getting paid McDonald's wages either! That guy is making good money to be knowlegable and help you with anything drug related. What a jerk! My blood is boiling now!

Wow! That's horrible. I was just watching 60 minutes the other night and they showed how Walgreen's was costing 4-5x more for prescriptions than other sources. You'd think you'd get some sort of good service for that $$'s.

I’m having this type of MRI this afternoon,  What specifically do you want to know?  From what I’ve read, not all facilities use the same drink prep.

Hi I've been told I need a MRI on my bowels , I was booked for a colonoscopy, but because of my sever back issues and trapped nerve it can't be done , the nurse told me I will have to have a manitol drink a hour before the scan , I'm just a bit worried has I have issues with sweeteners like even a little,  I get a weird throat and ears and I've read it is a similar substance , not sure if anyone has had one of these scans or could give me some advise on the drink prep thanks in advance 😄

Hi all ! Can a celiac attack be so intense that it causes your entire body to work in reverse? Meaning really bad pain,  neuropathy and muscle,  jaw pain,  the stomach issues , Horrible anxiety and confusion??  I had a Tums and you would think I ate poison. My jaw and stomach did not like it . Not the norm for me. Things that are simple are just out of control. Anyone ever have this happen??  I'm trying to figure out what I ate or did to bring on a celiac like attack. I had an idea before but yesterday I didn't have any gluten unless it was in a medication ?! Any positive suggestions ??  Thank you

The following two lists are very helpful for anyone who is gluten sensitive and needs to avoid gluten when shopping. It's very important to learn to read labels and understand sources of hidden gluten, and to know some general information about product labelling--for example in the USA if wheat is a possible allergen it must be declared on a product's ingredient label like this: Allergens: Wheat.
