This is my 4th day on a gluten-free diet and this morning I feel better than yesterday, but I had really loose stools...and runny too...does anyone here get this? could my body be adjusting to the new diet???

I have been gluten free over six months and I still have loose stools in the afternoon. It will take quite a bit of time for your body to heal itself. Keep on plugging away, it will get better.

You're still healing. It depends on if you are totally, 100% gluten-free (no hidden gluten-free in foods, meds or toiletries), how long you were sick and your individual healing rate. I'm glad you are starting to feel better. Give it time and don't give up!
