No.  Why?  Because I have some different intolerances.  Like I do not eat oats.  I can not eat things like nuts, garlic, onions or Xanthan gum.   Plus,  need to watch my carb intake.  It affects my blood sugar and leads to weight gain.  But other members might think differently!

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
