Envirokids Crispy Rice Bars

Ouch!

I know these are popular around here but they hurt my tummy!

Obviously the solution is to stop eating them, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this experience. Any idea what the problem is? I eat their cereals all the time with absolutely no problems, so I'm wondering if there's some problem additive in here...

Thanks!

I only eat the ones with the cheetah on the box because I think the others may have dairy or possible traces of dairy. I don't think I've ever had a reaction to the cheetah ones and I am very sensitive.

The ones with the Cheetah and the Koala ones are the only gluten-free bars of Envirokids.

I can get the Envirokidz Bars in 3 gluten-free flavors--Berry, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate. I can't remember which animals are on the boxes :D

Berry is the one with the cheetah :)

I've had the peanut butter (Panda maybe?) and the chocolate (Koala) and my tummy has not liked either one. It's not a gluten reaction, but just a not-so-happy feeling down there.

I don't eat a ton of processed foods, so I was wondering if there's some chemical or additive that people have reacted to...

Or my digestive system is just more messed up than I thought it was...

Gosh, sorry you got sick--have you reacted to rice before? That's what started happening to me.

Thanks for the list too makes me realise why I still get symptoms after cutting gluten , all that reading has just made sense to why I'm still struggling , thankyou Scott Adams very insightful , I've been baking to and there is xanthum gum in the flour , I understand now why I still have issues with that too, and ive had to cut dairy also , i had a terrible flare few months ago and my throat also was very irritable and I had sinuses issues all makes sence 👍
