What is SAM E and how does it help? Feeling better the last couple of days. Hopefullly the worst is past. I've been completely off for 10 days now..I still feel the effects, though. Wonder how long I will feel effects? It does lessen each day that goes by, though.

I can't help with info on the SAM E, maybe if you 'google it'? When I was angsting about a dip my son suggested I google the name of the dip along with the word gluten, I never thought to do that before and I had my answer without trying to navigate a useless site. Anyway if you do a search that should tell you what it is. If you have a local health food store they may carry it and have some sort of printout of info also.

I am so glad things are progressing with the effexor. It takes a while for our bodies and brains to adjust after stopping something like this but it will continue to get better I am sure. If you haven't planned a 2 week anniversary treat you should do so, you deserve to reward yourself for your strength in getting through a difficult process. :)

I have not made my own juices but have made my own granola copycat recipe from Trader Joes Turmeric ginger granola. Have you made your own juices? blending vs cold pressed what is better?

Sadly, I just now see the extremely tiny and hard to read wording on the label from some I got from nuts.com last year and it's below the certified gluten free sign which is more obvious. Another concern is that there's no expiration date to be found on any of the packages I have gotten.. It's confusing because they claim these are certified gluten free which Is why I got them due to having celiac. Looks like Tierra Farm has the lesser of the allergens, specifically wheat, so I will have to give them a try. Thanks
