My favorite was the Guacamole flavored doritos, unless I guess they discontinued them. Can't find them anymore. Guess that's an acquired taste =P So, now my favorite is the Cheddar & Sour Cream that Lays carries.

Since I have issues with dairy and soy, I really can't do flavored chips :( I do love Lay's Natural Ripples, though. :D

As most flavored chips have msg in them and other things we don't need. I only eat Lays regular chips.

Geez, that's a hard one - chips are my MAJOR weakness!

Doritos Ranch

Humpty Dumpty Dill Pickle

Humpty Dumpty Smoky Bacon

Those are my top three, anyway.....

Aha! FINALLY something we Canadians have that you guys don't. Ty loves Guacamole Doritos. And for those Canadians who want Nacho Cheese flavoured dorito type chips head out to Superstore for PC Rebellos cheese flavoured nacho chips.

Cape Cod brand reduced fat potato chips. I love those things, don't know why.

Cool Ranch Doritos (not potato chips, but anyway).

Welcome to the forum, @yellowstone! The most common ones seem to be dairy (casein), oats, eggs, soy and corn. "Formed" meat products (because of the "meat glue" used to hold their shape) is a problem for some. But it can be almost anything on an individual basis as your sensitivity to rice proves, since rice is uncommonly a "cross reactor" for celiacs. Some celiacs seem to not do well with any cereal grains.

What foods can trigger a response in people with gluten sensitivity? I've read that there are foods that, although they don't contain gluten, can cause problems for people with gluten sensitivity because they contain proteins similar to gluten that trigger a response in the body. I've seen that other cereals are included: corn, rice... also chicken, casein. I would like to know what other foods can cause this reaction, and if you have more information on the subject, I would like to know about it. Right now, I react very badly to rice and corn. Thank you.
