What brands of beef are safe? My husband and I thought all beef was okay, but we recently called HyVee and they could not tell us if their beef was gluten free or not. So we are wondering what brands you all consume. Thanks!

All raw meat must clearly list anything that adds nutrtional value, like wheat or barley. Just read the ingredients.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
