Oh my god, i was nervous earlier today, now I even worse ...

I find out my ultrasound results (FINALLY!) in 11 hours, and I'm scaredddddd/nervousssss. I want to know what that red/yellow spot I saw on the ultrasound screen was, but yet I dont??? If that makes sense?

I also need to remember everything my family doctor needs to say in the letter to the specialist (again), and to ask him if he'll refer me out of province if I feel I need to be...

I promise I'll let you know how it goes. Like I have said million times before, i dont care what the ultrasound shows, I still want to see a specialist .. ultrasound will not convince me that my problems are solved.

But stilllllll. I am so not going to sleep tonight :o:(

I don't know what area they ultrasounded but I recently had ultrasounds done on both my heart and my abdomin. I had normal results but like you I saw some red and yellow on the screen both times. I know it can be disconcerting to see but try not to worry about it. Sometimes they use colors to show different things. For example on my heart scan they used a green color to show the flow into my heart and a red for the outflow. Sometimes a tech will answer questions. Mine told me what the colors were when I asked but naturally didn't say what the doctors interpretation would be. In addition if they do find something thats real wrong they will often call a doctor into the room right then. Try to relax and I hope everything goes well.

I'll be thinking of you when I pray tonight, good thoughts and vibes for you. Try to be calm. Anticipation of this hurts you more than it does good. Hope things go well :)

i have been strictly gluten free for 7 months. this includes avoiding anything that may contain gluten and making sure surfaces and appliances are clean. i am 18 years old in australia and my tTG-IgA results were 69U/mL, pretty low compared to most people's, for reference. i feel the exact same as before. sure, i was pretty much asymptomatic/silent. the worst i'd get was occasionally bad stools and pitting of the nails/brittle hair since early childhood - and i was diagnosed with low iron and vitamin d which checks out due to easy bruising and such. but those symptoms have remained. maybe i'm jumping the gun, sure. i know it can take years to fully heal. but being over half a year in, i feel that i should be, y'know, healing. i'm nearly at my wits end and wondering if i should have a piece of bread or something to see how i go - to see if i possibly have refractory? my mental health is declining as i feel myself wanting to bang my head against a damn wall out of frustration every day. cravings haven't gotten better. look, i love the stuff i still can have, like salads and such. OH! i haven't lost any weight, which is mind boggling considering i eat very healthily now! i've always been on the chubbier side which is atypical of coeliac. i just don't know what's going on with me. i try to remain hopeful but i'm just so sad all the time. thanks for reading

@Charlie1946There is a PM (Personal Message) tool built into the forum website that allows you to send a private message to other forum users. Just hover over their name with your mouse cursor and the menu containing that tool will pop up. This is useful if you want to communicate with an individual without everyone else involved in the thread seeing it.  Are you realizing that in my PPI taper down recommendations in an earlier post above, I was responding not to your posts but to @Caligirl57? If you must use a PPI, I certainly would advise taking the lowest dose that is effective for you.

Hi everyone, I'm still trying to figure out how to each message individually. I saw one with some information on sebaceous hyperplasia but now I can't find it. I appreciate you all so much for all your responses and advice! God bless! Hi everyone, I'm still trying to figure out how to each message individually. Nope its just me because they can eat wheat and when we use same pans I found out last year thanks to you guys and the autoimmune website im learning,we are not to share though clean, same with sponge. I just wish doctors understood. I am with new gi and new pcp but im falling apart because blood work is fabulous.Im so ANGERY.I have reached out to my local representative, in Stanislaus but its just weekly stuff.Im going to need to physical go down there.Any recommendations on what to say and do because this is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't have my husband though we are really hurting with one income, I would absolutely be one of the homeless population. Thats alarming begging to be heard about a diagnosis that was given as an adult and dealing with this, medical needs to stick to patients regardless of switching insurance or doctor.
