Yes, Mission Chips are great, no problems here. And Costco sells a huge bag of em. Yum!

I thought the Kettle chips were suspect in my glutening, at least now I know better. I was trying Tim's Cascade lightly salted, but I'm not so sure about those either.

So what brand of potato chips is the cleanest? No gluten and no cross contamination?

I eat Lay's oroginal and have never had a problem. Hershey's has a pretty decent website where you can check out their individual products.

I'm not sure how I feel about the cross contamination warning. I'd like to do a poll on the message to gather people's opinions, but that doesn't seem to be an option (I've seen similar message boards with that ability turned on).

While I appreciate that certain individuals are more sensitive than others, it's sometimes tough to judge a product's impact based on the responses from this board.

Maybe I'll just stick to their STAX line.
