Loved the story and the Update...........all neighbhoods had them.

we had a woman who was the same kind.

Screamed at all us kids

We took a beautiful box of Whitman choclates.

Of course we ate the candies and then....................

Took some kitty poop from the kitty box, wrapped each piece in wax paper and twisted the ends.....looked kinda nice actually..

and put on her front porch ......rang the bell.........ran for cover............

never heard a word about it.

She's not with us anylonger...........she lived for many years so don't worry...........even sh!t didn't kill the old codger. B)

OMG. . . . this reminds me of a rumoured account of Anne Boleyn's eyes and mouth contorting a fair amount after her head had been lopped off her body, for a long enough time that many in the throng noticed and dutifully vomited and/or passed out. This would make sense, I suppose - - muscles contracting or releasing . . .. . but perhaps she was trying to say something in those fateful eight seconds of waning consciousness. .. . ... .

I never pulled tricks on Halloween, I was too busy trying to get candy.

Last year, however, someone did toilet paper the trees out front of our house. I was coming home and noticed it, and thought to myself, "Is that Charmin? Charmin Ultra Strong? Ooooo boy, if I was your momma you'd be DEAD, BOY!!!!!"

Or girl....

Is it sad that I recognized the brand?....... And type?........

Quite the entertaining sillie, no less. That was freakin funny. I wanna know how many heads they had to chop off before they came up with that number. How do you get people to sign up for a test like that?

Perhaps they just took an average, over the span of a couple of centuries, of the amount of time the eyes and mouths twitched and grimaced after separation from the host body, and it ended up being eight seconds.

Don't know what I've done to myself, but my face is breaking out and a feeling of gloom and total irritability has overcome me.

Hmmmmmm.....just realized I've been out of vitamins for about a week. Can that possibly be it?

Hmmmmmm.....just realized I've been out of vitamins for about a week. Can that possibly be it?

I think gloom, irritability & a general unease (and hmmm . .. .others not coming to me) are what I used/monitored to discover which vitamins, for the most part, were worth taking.

So that's where she is! I have to check in over there, I always forget :lol:

Until then, consider it safe to assume I've been sending drinks to all throughout the day .. . .EVERY day! :wacko:

I think I'm finding that simply having somewhere to go is a big therapeutic plus. :)

Morning all!!! :D

Back from a dreaded ''coffee morning'' @ devil child's unit :rolleyes:

...but good stuff reported for a change.....and as well as cookies they made the effort and had a selection of chopped fruit with a strawberry dip :P ....my gaaawd ...EVERYTHING is about phood with us lot :chortle:

M's (American) tutor told me how she made the dip....blended strawberries, cream, cream cheese etc...etc.......

When I said it tasted exactly like 'Fromage Frais' she looked at me like :huh: .......do you guys not have this???

Anyhoo, the kids are off school now for a week.

      I'm no longer dealing with constipation. I got my liver test last month and it was in normal range. Two years ago I did have a vitamin D deficiency but I'm know taking vitamin D3 pills. Last month I got my vitamin D checked and it was in normal range. I don't believe I've had my choline checked. However, I do drink almond milk eat Greek yogurt on a daily...

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS) can be associated with low ferritin and iron deficiency. Have you been supplementing Iron? How are your liver enzymes? Low levels of ferritin indicate iron deficiency, while  59% transferrin saturation indicates high iron levels.  Possibly indicating Fatty Liver Disease.  Choline is crucial for liver health, and deficiency is a known trigger for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver.  Some experts say that less than 10% eat the the Food and Nutrition Board established Adequate Intake that are based on the prevention of liver damage. Severe constipation and hemorrhoids may be linked to a bile or choline deficiency.  "Ninety-five percent of phospholipids (PLs) in bile is secreted as phosphatidylcholine or lecithin."  Fatty acid composition of phospholipids in bile in man   Deficiency of these bile salts causes the bile to get thick. Some people with Celiac Disease are misdiagnosed with Gall Bladder bile issues.  Removal of the gallbladder provides only temporary relief. Whether or not celiac disease or NCGS are your issues you need to look at your vitamin D blood level.
