Gah! Note where the pic is cut off -- just below me bustline, where the fat remains somewhat under control. Pan downwards, and yikes. ... . ....

<_<:rolleyes:

Actually, I could put up a pic of my feet, as well, like you have done, Bunnie. Think I'm fairly lean-footed.....although they ARE unattractive nonetheless. Dry, somewhat gnarled...... . . ...

Yep, not puttin' one o' THOSE up. :ph34r:

Do like I do - don't put your self on your Av. Put up the dogs feet. Do you paint thier toenails?

Huh???? . . . no can do . . . JoDog knows how to tell time and JoDog knows she gets fed at 7:30 am on the weekdays so she makes sure she gets fed at 7:30 on weekends . . . and holidays . . . and spring breaks. She also gets fed at 5:00 pm . . . and reminds us if we forget. She also knows when its time for the bus to come . . . But she can't tell the toaster rattle from the squirrel on the screen rattle.

. . . But she can't tell the toaster rattle from the squirrel on the screen rattle.

Yes, I remember this.. . . . .......but the question remains -- can your kids tell the difference? Do you rush outside and rattle the screen when you want them, and have them come running into the kitchen yelling, "Toast! Toast!" ?

:rolleyes::lol:

:rolleyes::lol:

It's actually Skeeter's toaster that sets JoDog off . . . Smackl's toaster doesn't cause the same problem . . . and since I'm such a good mother, I have taught both of my children the extremely difficult cooking skill of making toast . . . so no kids come running since if they want toast, they know they are making it themselves. If they hear a rattle, it is either really a squirrel, or mom's making her own toast and she doesn't share :rolleyes:

Here is another amazing JoDog talent . . . Skeeter takes peanut butter in a very small glad container in her lunch and dips pretzels in it. She rarely eats all the peanut butter. Sometimes JoDog gets the leftovers. With the TV on, or the kids playing a video game on the computer, or the water in the kitchen sink running, or all of the above. . . she can be on the 2nd floor of the house and hear (or smell?) me open the glad container and runs down to see if she is going to get a teaspoon of pb in her bowl.

For Zeus and Tinkerbell it's the can opener. They always get the 'juice' from the tuna, 'cept they can't tell the difference between a tuna can and a fruit or bean can. :unsure:

They have a mutual arrangement.....

Tinkerbell knocks things off tables or counters, and Zeus chews them up <_<

HI everybody! It's almost 80 here and sunny. I'm super happy today. I think maybe I was kinda depressed about losing my job but I'm picking back up now. Either that or my boyfriend got sick of me and started putting happy pills in my tea. Either way, I made shredded barbecue beef in the crockpot last night. With homemade ranch dressing coleslaw. And today I'm making peanut butter cookies and trying honey cake in the crockpot. We're having eggs and bacon for dinner. Maybe all that's why I'm so happy....

Jodog would have to beat ME there, I tell ya. Someone in the vicinity with peanut butter going begging? Gah, I'd be finding my way there in the midst of a tsunami, methinks... . . .... <_<:rolleyes:

Just read all that club business again & am still laughing. Do you have a good gluten-free sugar cookie recipe? My neighbor got a cookie cutter for her 40th in a shape that would be good for this club's snacks. :P

      I think I found a huge culprit for severe reactions to create worsening of my c symptoms. Do people with celiac have sensitivity and /or have opposite reaction to certain medications Where can I find a list ?  I'm new here I'm.wondering why I am getting worse when I take certain medicine...the burning feet.  Rebound muscle pain so intense  How many people get opposite effects or have a horrible attack after these meds

      Does anyone know if that includes scrambled eggs and healthy smart butter (,gluten free) I add a very tiny amount of margarine less than a teaspoon.  I did no't have any bread    It just seems like no matter what I eat my stomach and nerves over fire and here comes a host of horrible symptoms. My lower abdomen feels horrible, my right leg thigh muscle.. very odd. Jaw pain. Burning feet , joint pain , you name it  The anxiety just creeps up into brain fog. I don't think I could explain this to anyone who is unfamiliar.  Also,  I most likely will not remember posting this until I check it.  This is highly unusual for me because I have an excellent memory.  One weekend before I knew anything about celiac I lost an entire weekend from severe brain fog, confusion, pain, etc.  I honestly thought I was losing my mind. When I think back I recall eating a lot of PBJ sandwiches and turkey sandwiches.  Once again did not know about gluten.  I was just too sick to cook. Do people fast during attacks ?? It seems horrible to keep going through this. I hope I'm not causing my own problems... I wonder if I should fast because I'm not eating gluten .  Chicken ,  scrambled eggs no milk , canned carrots,  gluten free low sugar low fat Greek yogurt which I already posted about 😞 Any suggestions I am open... I am bedridden when this happens to me.  Thank you Celiac community. 🙏🏻❤️

      Yeah, that sounds super familiar. When inflammation levels are high — especially at the start of changing your diet — the body often develops a fructose and lactose intolerance. Unfortunately, the only thing that really helps is cutting out anything that isn’t lactose-free or that contains sugar. So basically, stick to meat, veggies, fish…

      I have trouble with nausea. It often starts when I’m anxious about something (home repairs, sick dog) but continues long after the home is repaired or the dog is healthy again. When it happens I eat less and lose weight.  My gastroenterologist suggested ginger or peppermint tea. I don’t know if that will work or not because I haven't had the problem since she suggested it.

      Hello  I'm not sure what to think . Seems no matter what I do I get sick. I had some yogurt with only 2 grams of sugar and is labeled gluten free ...the strawberry version seemed to really set me off My jaw is burning as well as my stomach and my feet.  Horrible pain..plus acid reflux and nausea... sensitivity to touch pain. ..yikes !! I don't know if it's from the lactose in the yogurt or if I'm getting an ulcer  This condition can make you question yourself quite a bit.  Then if you are not sure the anxiety comes 😞 Does any of these symptoms sound familiar to anyone? The neuropathy is quite intense.  What do you eat or drink after this happens  Open to suggestions  Thank you
