Yesterday afternoon I had a similar reaction to my mixed nuts. I'm trying to figure out what foods are in play and what aren't. Confusing!

Popcorn, coconut oil, chedder cheese (milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes), buttermilk, whey, cheese (monterey jack and swiss), salt, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, disodium phosphate, maltodextrin, natural flavor, artificial flavor, artificial color, monosodium glatamate, lactic acid, beta carotene.

Contains milk and soy ingredients

Produced in a plant that manufactors products with peanuts and tree nuts.

TIA for your insight!

Maybe your have a milk or soy sensitivity? Sorry I don't know whether PND is an allergic reaction.

I believe natural flavor can hide things like malt. Give me those unnatural flavors!

Symptoms like that was how I discovered my soy allergy.

Many people find that they are sensitive to chemicals, especially in the beginning. I can't have MSG now and I usually eat natural food now since I cook everything. I picked up some cool whip yesterday because I was craving it but once I read the label and saw all that stuff that I couldn't pronouce - I put it right back.

I would recommend natural foods in the beginning. Your body is healing and you may find that you can't tolerate chemicals the way you used to.

I thought some roasted nuts could have gluten. Are you sure that the nuts you had were gluten-free?

I noticed their was a lot of non-foods in that list for the popcorn. Perhaps you are reacting to some of those not so healthy ingredients. Try smart food, or Bearitos white cheddar popcorn.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
