i tried it (santa left it in my stocking)...its gluten-free but i have never heard of it....anyone else tried it?

never heard of that one... i like New Grist or Bard's Tail (Tale??) Dragon Gold!! i'll look for traditions-- i miss having beer at college parties(haha)

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
