Underwoods Devil's Ham is gluten free and confirmed by their website. Hormel Ham will list gluten.

Progresso "CREAMY" Mushroom Soup is gluten free (I hear Laura whispering in my ear :) as well as some Health Choice that I don't recall.

Hope this will help for your celebration.

Hey Kiki:

Not sure if you need soup or a soup mix (like a seasoning packet). If you need soup, yes, the Progresso one that Lisa mentioned :) is gluten free. Also, Health Valley has a gluten-free cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup.

If you are lookign for a mix/seasoning packet, I'm not sure if I know of a mushroom one offhand.

I use some of the Knorr mixes (I believe the vegetable one) for dips and seasonings. Knorr is a unilever company, and will clearly list all sources (if any) of gluten (i.e., they will not hide them in "natural flavors" or something like that). Open Original Shared Link

Good luck and I hope you find something that works for you!

Health Valley Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken is gluten free...

Here is a recipe...

Just sub the gluten-free flour for regualr flour...

Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe courtesy of Gourmet Magazine

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

3/4 cup finely chopped shallots

2 pounds white cultivated mushrooms, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1/3 cup cream Sherry

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 1/2 cups low-salt chicken broth, reserving 1/2 cup

1/2 cup milk

Ground nutmeg to taste, about 1/4 teaspoon

1/2 cup sour cream

In a large saucepan melt butter with the olive oil over moderate heat. Add the shallots and cook until tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms, thyme leaves, salt and pepper, cooking until all of the liquid rendered from the mushrooms evaporates. Add the Sherry and cook until evaporated. Remove a 1/2 cup of the cooked mushrooms and reserve. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 3 cups of the chicken broth, bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. In a blender puree the soup in batches until smooth. For a very smooth soup, pass through a fine sieve. Return soup to saucepan, bring to a simmer and whisk in the milk. Add reserved chicken broth to achieve desired consistency. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper

and nutmeg. Lower heat and whisk in 1/4 cup of the sour cream. Keep soup warm but do not simmer or boil. Serve soup garnished with reserved cooked mushrooms and a dollop of the remaining sour cream.

Hello, just popped in my head to ask this question about medications and celiac? I have always had refurse reaction to meds since I can remember  of what little meds my body is able to tolerate. I was taking gabapentin 300mg for a week,  in past I believe 150? Any ways it amps me up not able to sleep, though very tired. However I did notice it helped with my bloating sibo belly.I hate that my body is that sensitive and medical doesn't seem to take seriously. Im STILL healing with my skin, eye, and now ms or meningioma ( will know in April  which)and dealing with this limbo nightmare. I did write my name, address ect on the reclamation but im not tech savvy and not sure if went through properly. I called my city representative in Stanislaus County and asked if theres a physical paper i can sign for proclamation for celiac and she had no clue about what I was saying, so I just said I'll go back on website.

I'm not saying that some celiacs won't need it, but it should be done under a doctor's supervision because it can cause lots of problems in some people.

I also noticed I get debilitating migraines when I smell gluten, wheat and its not taken seriously when it affects one in every way.Im still begging to properly be heard.I also noticed tolerance level is down the drain with age and life changes. I have been told by incompetent medical that im not celiac or that sensitive. Diagnosed in 1994 by gi biopsy gluten-free ever since along with other lovely food allergies. Prayers

trents:  Why some can tolerate european bread but not american bread.     I take 600 mcg a day.  Right in the middle of the safe range.   Groups at Risk of Iodine Inadequacy Though though the NIH does not specifically list Celiac Disease in this group, they state: "Iodide is quickly and almost completely absorbed in the stomach and duodenum. Iodate is reduced in the gastrointestinal tract and absorbed as iodide [2,5]."  That would certainly include malabsorption of Iodine due to Celiac Disease with resultant Iodine Deficiency. Vegans and people who eat few or no dairy products, seafood, and eggs People who do not use iodized salt Pregnant women People with marginal iodine status who eat foods containing goitrogens Deficiencies of iron and/or vitamin A may also be goitrogenic [51] https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Iodine-HealthProfessiona   1
