Does anyone know which ones are gluten free. I want to make either a turkey or ham for easter, and not sure which ones I can buy.

You just have to read the labels. Print off the forbidden ingredients list from this website and take it with you to the store. My grandmother (bless her) bought a regular ham from Safe Way that doesn't appear to have any gluten in it. The spiral cut ones had wheat flour added, so be careful.

It's even simpler. In the U.S. any grain added to a meat must be listed. They cannot be hhidden. Some hams do have commercial glaze with wheat, so read the label.

      I’m in a flare up with rib pain. I read where others have experienced this after exposure to gluten.  Has anyone found something that eases the pain.

      Yes, I've read that online but I was just surprised that no one has mentioned it on this forum specifically.  We have not had our follow up meeting with the Dr where I'm sure she will advise as to how he needs to deal with this ailment.  I have learned from past health issues - if you want to find the REAL truth - talk to someone living with the disease.  THEY will know way more than any doctor ever could.    Thanks for responding.
