I have had this dull pressure in between my eyes, like a dull headache that wont go away. It seems like a sinus issue, but i have no mucus discharge and my allergies usually dont affect me this long. It feels like pressure is behind my eyes also. Could this be food related allergy that i dont know about. Its been 3 months now and it is still the same. Any thoughts???????/

I have the same thing....its been there since I got sick....so its been over 4 years now. The only time it improved alot was when I went on a very strict candida diet for 4 months. I didnt have all that pressure anymore during that time.

I do have candida and a ton of food/chemical intolerances. For me its not just one thing causing it although treating the candida helps more than anything else.

Im in the process of treating a possible candida issue with threelac. I wonder if im detoxing a little and noticing the headache more now. I am using threelac. We'll see if it helps. Thanks for the reply

I have had the feeling of pressure in between my eyes for almost a year now. I have been gluten free for about a year and refined sugar free for a year and a half. I have looked into sinus issues but that doesn't seem to be the cause. I have not done a candida cleanse in a long time, what would I need to cut out of my diet to see if this would relieve my headaches? My other thought is, I have heard that sometimes it can take up to a year or two to fully detox from gluten. Could I be still detoxing and this is how it's affecting me? Any help would be great.

Thanks

i get that pressure from soy products. Have you ever tried to give up soy and see how that goes.

I'm going to start to sound like a broken record.

The pressure/brain fog feeling I had for nearly 6 months when I was first having problems.

If I have gluten in a certain form I get that pressure and a brain fog feeling for 1-3 weeks...now I had it for months and months after giving up gluten so length of time did not seem to directly relate to anything the first 6-9 months I gave up gluten.

It would go away and come back depending on a number of factors however taking the Vitamin B and D supplements have made it go away and stay away even if I do have gluten.

So I've been dealing with chasing the name celiac because of my body actively dealing with health issues related to celiac though not eating. Diagnosed in 1994 before foods eliminated from diet. After 25 years with former pcp I googled celiac specialist and she wasn't because of what ive been through. I wanted my results to be sent to my pcp but nothing was sent.I have email copies.I did one zoom call with np with team member from celiac specialist in Nov 2025 and she asked me why I wanted to know why I wanted the celiac diagnosis so bad, I sad I don't, its my life and I need revalidaion because its affecting me.KB stated well it shows you are.I asked then why am I going through all this.I was labeled unruly. Its been a celiac circus and medical has caused anxiety and depression no fault to my own other than being born with bad genetics. How is it legal for medical professionals to gaslight patients that are with an ailment coming for help to be downplayed? KB put in my records that she personally spent 120min with me and I think the zoom call was discussing celiac 80 min ONE ZOOM call.SHE is responsible for not explaining to my pcp about celiac disease am I right?

I've noticed with my age and menopause my smell for bread gives me severe migraines and I know this. Its alarming that there are all these fabulous bakeries, sandwich places pizza places popping up in confined areas.Just the other day I suffered a migraine after I got done with my mri when a guy with a brown paper bag walk in front of me and I smelled that fresh dough bread with tuna, I got a migraine when we got home.I hate im that sensitive. Its alarming these places are popping up in airports as well.I just saw on the news that the airport ( can't remember which  one)was going to have a fabulous smelling bakery. Not for sensitive celiacs, this can alter their health during their travel which isn't safe. More awareness really NEEDS to be promoted, so much more than just a food consumption!FYI I did write to Stanislaus to let them know my thoughts on the medical field not knowing much about celiac and how it affects one.I also did message my gi the 3 specialist names that was given on previous post on questions on celiac. I pray its not on deaf door.
