Better Batter Flour-figured It Out

so i figured it out, i have this insanely expensive bread maker that has a gluten free setting on it. so naomi emailed me back (great customer service by the way!) you can use any recipe that comes with the breadmaker, you just have to double all the wet ingredients. i would probably cut back 1 egg, but then i put it on the gluten-free setting and it was awsome. i will be ordering more. im going to try some of the recipes on the site as well. the bread was allmost fluffy like, and my hubby even liked it. so i would recomend this stuff. much easier then trying to mix everything yourself!

I will try her suggestions also.

Just curious have you tried to make bread in this without the gluten free setting? I am wondering if I can use my breadmaker with it's settings and your adaptions?

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
