What is 30 Rock all about?

I only watched it a couple of times, but 30 Rock, I believe, centers around the behind the scenes productions of a variety type show. Alec Baldwin a head honcho type (producer, or head of the network/studio?) , Tina Fey plays the head writer I think. Tina's character and Alec's character are on a different page when it comes to the direction of the show, and along with the rest of the cast, comedy ensues.

Julie--that's a great description! I've only seen it a handful of times, but thought it was very funny--especially Tracy Morgan's character. He makes me laugh :D

I just heard they will announcing the new cast of DWTS Monday on Dance Wars.

(Not that I watch that show--but I'm dying to know about the new cast) :P

I admit, I watched it a couple times too but I didn't catch on.

Another thing, I don't get why they have to kick someone off every week, isn't it suppose to be Bruno's team against Carrie Ann's team, emphasis on team?? I think trying to make it an elimination like Survivor or Big Brother kind of ruins it.

Or they should have just named it something different like "Who Is the Dancer/Singer Last Standing"

Why do they not consult with us on these things?!?!?!

Well, now that the writer's strike is over and shows are returning--what to do on Monday? Dancing With the Stars is returning at the same time as Big Bang Theory :o

It's a HUGE dilemma, how to juggle the influx of fresh new episodes from our favorite series and the new Spring line-up!!!

      That and my nutritionist also said that drinking cider is one of the worst drink choices for me, given that I have candida overgrowth.  She said the combination of the alcohol and sugar would be very likely to worsen my candida problem.  She suggested that if I drink, I go for clear vodka, either neat or with a splash of cranberry.   So in summary, I am giving ciders a rest.  Whether it's a gluten risk or sugars and yeast overgrowth, its just not worth it.

Cross-contamination is another possibility, either in the facility where the tea is processed or, surprisingly, from the tea bag material itself—some tea bags are sealed with a wheat-based glue. Furthermore, it's important to consider that your reaction could be to other substances in tea, such as high levels of tannins, which can be hard on the stomach, or to natural histamines or other compounds that can cause a non-celiac immune response. This isn't about wanting her to have celiac; it's about wanting to prevent the insidious damage that can occur while waiting for symptoms to appear, and ultimately giving her the unambiguous "why" she needs to accept and commit to the necessary treatment. This article might be helpful. It breaks down each type of test, and what a positive results means in terms of the probability that you might have celiac disease.
