Stonefield's Yogurt

I bought the Strawberry & Vanilla today. I think I got them confused wth Brown Cow which is shown on an ad on this website. Stonefeld says-

"Two Stonyfield products, Yo Baby Plus Cereal Yogurt and Cookies and Dream Premium Ice Cream, do contain gluten. All other Stonyfield yogurt products, frozen yogurt, and ice cream do not contain any gluten source ingredients. We do not add gluten to our products; however, some of the natural flavors used to make our products may have used a grain alcohol in the extraction process."

Are they ok? Or too risky? Thank you!

I say risky...I know I've gotten sick from them but I can't be sure if it was the gluten or the dairy. Yoplaits are safe, as are many Colombo, although I understand the appeal of organic/all natural yogurt.

i say not. they , like many other companies are just covering their behinds so no one sues them. they're fine. if it had wheat in it, it would have to say, and what else could possibly be in yogurt? anyone bothered by it prob has a dairy problem, eat up.

barley flavoring is in many yogurts, and this would be a "fermented grain". it would be under the umbrella of "natural flavoring"

well, when i spoke to them they said there was no known wheat rye barley or oats in their products. oh well, eat whatever yogurt you want.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
