I'm enjoying these foods too much. I'm trying to loose the weight I've gained from being GI <_< . But I've found I've enjoyed the Gluten free diet too much. You people are creating too many tasty foods. Stop I beg you. LOL. At least I have not gained weight. :lol:

I just made scones and omg they are so good. I have no idea what "real" scones are supposed to be like but I am in heaven with these and will be making them a lot.

No weight loss here!

I think we have to start posting sports ideas and ways to loose weight.....I propose every time you read a post about food, you start jogging for 40 minutes. LOL :D:lol::P

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
