Baking In The Oven....

I have a question....I am a cake decorator and would like to provide Gluten-Free cakes for those who need them for special occasions. I know that I need sperate stuff for the gluten-free cakes. But do I have to purchase a new oven? One only to be used for gluten-free cakes?

No, you don't need a separate oven. The food doesn't tough the walls of the oven itself. If you use a bread machine, or something that the food touches the sides of, then you might want to get a new one.

Don't forget your pans...mine had to be replaced because they had all that good browning from being used for years and years. Oh well, after 22 years of marriage it was probably a good time to get new stuff anyway.
