Shabtai Gourmet, which makes lots of gluten free goodies for Passover, is now shipping in the U.S. year-round. Among the items available are rainbow cookies, Ring Tings (like Ring Dings) and seven-layer cake, all of which are delicious.

The website is: www.shabtai-gourmet.com, then go to Products, then place the items in your cart.

I have no ownership interest in the company - just a satisfied customer.

Shabtai Gourmet is fantastic! I used to order thier products from Kosher.com but Kosher's pricing is like $1 more an item plus charges heavy on the shipping. Glad to see Shabtai is offering free shipping on thier site. For anyone with problems eating chocolate I'd greatly recommend their raspberry roll and ladyfingers. As far as breadcrumbs go their pread crumbs (potato starch breadcrumbs) just can't be beat (they're wonderful on chicken and steak nuggets and cutlets). Thanks for the heads-up savvyseller :)!

They also are on sale in Wild by Nature in Oceanside NY. I discovered them two years ago and they are delicious just a tad bit expensive though.

We just got our delivery and my goodness, the ring tings are yummy!!! They are soft and moist and just good. I can't wait to try the other things we bought!

You would think any business would see the wisdom of honoring a $50 gift certificate on the basis of customer satisfaction alone, apart from any questions about software glitches.

So there was no physical, plastic card involved, correct?

When my wife attempted to open the online card in the store with a cashier, it would not work. We then showed the owner the link to the card, the online receipt that I got upon purchase, and even my bank statement confirming the purchase. That did not satisfy her, since she said she needed the link to open to reveal the gift ID num. They even admitted they had a systems problem around that time.

Was the card itself lost or just the record or both?
