When newly diagnosed it is best to avoid products on shared lines. It would not be safe to just pick out the fruit any more than it would be safe to just eat the cheese and sauce off of a wheat pizza crust.

There are some of us who can tolerate consuming stuff off of shared lines, a lot depends on how well they clean the lines and whether the wheat risk comes from powdered ingredients. Powdered ingredients can end up airborne and it takes time for the dust to settle. That said a lot of us will avoid products on shared line, period. For many it is like playing roulette, one time you may consume the product and be fine another time it may 'get' you.

We just usually make our own and it tastes just as good. Trail mix is a staple snack food for us.

We get a large bag of raisins, large bag of M&Ms and a medium can of peanuts--mix and store in an airtight container. Makes a bag about the size you can buy at Wal Mart.

You can add in other "safe" ingredients if you like. I've used dried apricots as well, but the plain raisin/M&M/peanut recipe is the house favorite.

Personaly i dont buy anything that was manufactured on a shared line...they can tell

you they scrub everything out with javex still the particles do go airbourne like

it was mentioned earlier......what i do is plain and simple make your own and that

way you know personaly that there will be no CC.......i take trail mix to work when

i work nights eat alittle bit and your set for hours ....great 4:00am snack then the

craving for a huge breakfest before bed has surpassed......be safe....make your own

cheaper and you can be creative and get more ..........

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
