Got this message in my e-mail this morning:

Hello,

Campbell's has removed all Pace products from their list of gluten free foods. According to the company, the reason is "probably" because the formulation has changed. They had no other info on this. We will update this in the next food SmartList release. Thanks for using our SmartList software.

Best wishes,

Lani K. Thompson

Campbells is on my list of companies to hate right now. Cambells should no longer be considered a good labeler. From the lengthy discussons on Delphi, Prego products are no longer safe, because of barley in the natural flaors, which is not disclosed on ingredient labels. They do have a gluten-free list that they will send you if you ask for it, but it seems that it is not safe to read the labels for gluten grains besides wheat anymore. Their statement used to be "read the label, and you know what's in it." Guess they have changed their tune.

The whole thing really frosts me.

Welcome to the forum! This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):    This article may also be helpful:

Many years ago yes, after eating and going to bed, apparently my esophagus filled with food that my body rejected, the esophagus would lay against the Heart sack (pericardium?) and the heart would respond by becoming arrhythmic. That went away with the strict diet.

I was commenting on the report saying it did not mention migraines! Yes it does last paragraph says have not seen any evidence that Celiac cause migraines! I thought this was about truth?

It has been known for some years that celiacs suffer from migraines at a higher rate than the general populatation. It is an established symptom.
