So, I was watching the Food Network show today called The Best Thing I Ever Ate, or something like that.

They were showing all these yummy things and it occurred to me that lots of them were gluten-free. So, y'all might want to check out that show when it's on. They had some good things on there.

Also, I remembered that we used to make this and it's delicious:

Chicken Breasts

soak them in 1/2 water, 1/2 milk for about 5 minutes

Roll them around in Parmesan cheese and fry them. It's delicious! We used to make this all the time and I thought today, oh, that's gluten-free! The cheese gets all crunchy and yummy. Then, you can put a piece of swiss or other cheese on top, too. It's really good even if it sounds a bit odd.

That sounds yum! There was also a recipe on here back in Feb? with instant potatoes and parm that sounded good.

Those look delicious! i'm always looking for a good "nuggets" recipe for the grandkids, who can't get past nuggets coming from anywhere but McD's!

It sounds like you have a very reasonable GI doctor, who diagnosed you based on family history and symptoms after eating gluten. I would consider you lucky! The other option would be to make yourself very sick by doing weeks of a gluten challenge prior to an endoscopy.

Hi Colleen H,   I suffered with the pins and needles/burning feeling in my legs and feet for at least  6 years until my Nephrologist figured out that I had to go on a low salt diet.  He said my kidneys weren't strong enough to remove the salt.  The simple fix was a diuretic, but that med leaves the uric acid behind, so that wasn't an option.  On the bright side the low salt diet lowered my BP over 20 points and and the pins and needles/burning feeling went away.  Good Luck and hope this helps.

Yes this is very frustrating for me ... not sure what to think.  Feels like I'm having reactions to a lot of things  Now applesauce?? I don't understand 😞

I did ... But aren't we going to be vitamin deficienct if we are not eating due to being sick ?? If the food we eat is gluten free and we have other sensitivities , how do we get out of the cycle??  Thank you

Anyone else get pins and needles. ??? Burning feeling ? Heat makes it so much worse 😔  Winter is here.  I had to lower my thermostat because I couldn't take that hot air feeling 😔  Hopefully it goes away soon
