Has anyone been to this location? They have a gluten-free menu, was wondering if anyone had a good experience here. Thanks!

I'm in Matthews and I have been to Harpers, it is over by the side entrance of Dillard's. I went last summer and have not returned. The gluten-free menu was very limited and I wasn't impressed. However, you will not get glutened there.

The mall area also has:

Olive Garden-gluten-free menu

Longhorn Steakhouse-lots of gluten-free options

Bucca-wonderful Caprese salad

Taco Bell-allergy menu

Is the menu more limited than pf Changs? I'm alright with a few choices at this time, if they are very careful with CC. Thanks for the info! I'm driving in from the other side of Charlotte.

PFChangs has a HUGE menu option. They recently added some yummy beef options.

Go to PF Changs. If I recall correctly, there are just a few items and of course most of them are salads. I think there was fish and a burger without bun.

PF Changs has many options. My whole family orders off the gluten-free menu and we share. Yummy

We ended up at Harpers. They had three salads two you can add chicken or shrimp. Steaks the burger and salmon. Baked lemon chicken, grilled chicken tenders, bbq chicken and ribs. A veggie plate, plus all sandwiches can be made without the bread. They say the fries are gluten-free, and there are some sides. Baked potato and sweet potato, coleslaw, veggies etc. It wasn't as many as pfchang, but a nice change. I got the salmon and did fine. Their menu is pdf or I would add a link to it. Thanks for the replies!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
