Snickers are safe (personal favourite) and a ton others! M&M's (not the pretzel ones), Caramilk..there are too many to name. Read the ingredients and watch out for malt (in Mars bars) or the obvious wheat flour, etc. You could also try doing a search on here, there are lists of safe candy bars and halloween candy. Reeses' PB cups are gluten-free.

My God Man!!!

How did you live without Chocolate for that long?

The first thing I did is go to the candy aisle and scope out the chocolate!

But Nestels chocolate chips do in a pinch...so you are alright.

Reeses Peanut Butter cups are supposed to be safe.

BUT I have read that some packages contain wheat ingredients, especially the Holiday versions of candies.

From what I have read you are safer to go with regular size not mini bites in all candies.

The reason for that is that they use run off chocolate and some have had reactions to the little pieces

when in fact it is a candy that is normally gluten free. Stick with regular or King size and you will be OK.

Snickers are on my regular grocery list as one of the perks of having to be gluten free.

You can also google gluten free candy and get a very comprehensive list.

But do always read the label, you never know

Three Musketeers are safe if you can handle dairy and soy.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
