I am looking for a resource, for adolescent who is gluten sensitive and possible celiac as well as behavioral changes when eating gluten, severe depressio. We reside in The twin Cities area and have not been successful in meeting a doctor who can help us sort through the testing and information. Greatly appreciate a resource.

Thank you

What about Mayo? I know the waits can be long. You could make an appt and still try to find someone else in the meantime.

I live in the Cities and worked with the GI Doctors at Childrens Hospital. Let me know if you need more info, okay?

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
