Sensitive To Hard Liquor But Not Wine Or Beer?

I have noticed I can drink wine and beer with no issues at all, apart from getting tipsy if I have too much. With ANY kind of hard liquor, however, I get bloated up even more for days after. Anyone else noticed this? Here is a link I found:

Is this gluten-free beer?

That was my question, too.

Getting "bloated" from hard liquor does not mean you are ingesting gluten.

It's probably the flour coated KFC he said on another thread that he eats. :D

I'm not trying to pick on you, Barry, but .......until you commit to a gluten-free diet, and follow it for at least a few months, it's hard to tell what really makes you feel bloated or other intolerances you might have.

I had no idea you were a "Dabbler", Barry. I keep taking the time to answer your various posts thinking you were on a strict gluten-free diet.

Yeah, there is no way we can help you pinpoint what's troubling your gut if you are consuming KFC and messing around with gluten.

Sorry! It's all the way in our world. That's how we roll. B)

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
